Experienced TABC licensed bartenders that ensure your event bar experience is top notch while mixing and serving cocktails with precision and speed

A $27 non-refundable, but transferable deposit  is required to book your event per Bartender. 

Deposit  goes towards balance.

1 Bartender can serve up to 50 guests

50-125 guests requires 2 bartenders

125-200 guests requires 3 bartenders

At This Time We Cannot Accommodate Over 200 guests

RATES

$20 an hr. + tips per Bartender plus 

$20 Flat Bar Set Up  & Clean Up

$40 an hr. if tips not allowed

 Set up includes: Bar (if rented,) Liquor Display, Ice Down of Beer and Wine, Garnish Prep, Garnish Tray, Pour spouts for liquor bottles, Can/Wine/Beer Opener, Napkin/Straw Caddy, Juice/Soda Pourers, Small Cooler, Wine /Ice Bucket, Shaker, Ice Scoop and Tip Jar.  We also box/restock any leftover bar items and clean the bar area before we leave.

ATTIRE AND COSTUMES

Bartenders wear black button up shirts and black pants.

They can dress in costume if requested

WAIT STAFF

  Servers  for Food and Drinks

25-75 Guests requires 3 Servers

MOBILE BARS

Our Mobile Bars have enough counter space to display all your liquor, mixes and garnishes. They bring a real bar feel to any event. You can also decorate it to match the event decor.

Our skirted bar assembles to make an L shape, that is 64 inches wide.  It can accommodate up to 2 bartenders and comes with a black skirt.

Our LED bar is 48 inches wide and can accommodate 2 bartenders. It has a top of the line LED Lighting system to match the color of your event or you can keep it white. It can also be customized with a logo, picture or wording.

ROUND COCKTAIL TABLES

Add our two 30X42 round bar height cocktail tables to the bar area to create ambiance. Each table comes with a black or white stretch cover. Glitz or Other Linen colors can be ordered at extra costs.

ASSISTANCE W/LIQUOR/BEER/WINE CHOICES

We DO NOT Supply The Liquor, Beer, Wine but we can assist with a specific list of liquor, wine, and beer for the event to match the number of guests and preferences at no extra charge.

We can customize a cocktail or mocktail to coordinate with the theme or color of your event. No extra charge for ideas

GLASSWARE

We have 30 Martini glasses, 60 drinking glasses, 60 wine glasses

and 60 champagne flutes

MIX IT UP PACKAGE

We bring everything needed to mix and serve great drinks. INCLUDES 9 oz. Plastic Cups, Cocktail Napkins, Straws, Coke, Sprite, OJ, Cranberry Juice, Pineapple Juice, Tonic Water, Club Soda, Lemons, Limes, Cherries, Olives, Water, & Ice

Substitutions made for signature drinks.

CHAFING DISH RENTAL

Our chafing dishes are 8 Quart Stainless Steel and each Includes full size water pan, full size food pan, dome cover, stand, chafing gels and serving utensils.
